Installation art is a type of artwork that essentially is "installed" in a specific place. Sometimes permanently, sometimes not.

Students worked collaboratively with an array of unusual objects. They were challenged to arrange and manipulate the objects they had in some way while utilizing a new space. The time was limited to two 50 minute class periods.



The "final products" were not necessary the most important part of this exercise. The art making process was emphasized, the new ideas that came out of the process and became a type of performance in many ways. (videos coming soon!)
