museum visit: May 2015

For our culminating visit to the MCA, students explored interactive artworks from "S, M, L, XL" exhibit and by sculptor Doris Salcedo. Whether drumming with our hands on a wooden table, walking through a toppled hot air balloon, or navigating a maze of tables, students had a variety of interactive art experiences.

After exploring the museum on the resident artist led tour, we enjoyed lunch, listened to a collective class "mixtape" and discussed our favorite artworks.
