I Am Chicagou, as I am in Chicagou, just like a lot of other people are.
Amalia Pica has a small stone sculpture entitled I Am Chicagou, as I am in Chicagou, just like a lot of other people are as part of her larger exhibit (title misspelling is purposeful). This sculpture travels and is shared with people for one week stints throughout her exhibit's duration at the museum.

As part of the documentation process and a continuation of our week of improvisation and loosening up, our students were asked to quickly create small "environments" for the sculpture using found materials and artwork.

We will vote on which "environment" was most successful and that photo will be the official documentation for our school's participation and be submitted to the artist.

Mothers of the sculpture

Just picked up the sculpture and on our way to visit Sarah's Saturday teen artist program.
